Gavin Morgan

Operations Manager

Appointed to the role of Operations Manager in early 2020. With 20+ plumbers and apprentices at Jamark, there is a lot of operational matters demanding my expertise. My areas of focus are training staff and quality control. This is to enable every project is completed to a high standard, no matter who at Jamark is undertaking the work. I also understand the importance of completing projects in a timely manner, this enables us to ensure that the clients budget is met and our costs are contained.
